Rules & Regulations for joining the Pizza Competition:

ITALIAN PIZZA COMPETITION, Pizza Promotions & Competitions for the first time on 28th January.A series of City Surprises are also underway to promote the Hospitality Industry in the Capital. La Brioche Marina Mall will organize ITALIAN PIZZA COMPETITION

28th January 2004

Two categories of participants:

a.Children from 9 years to 12 years old

b.Adults non-professional

Each person or child who is interested to participate in this competition should contact and register with Chef Patricia at La Brioche Marina Mall - 050 6167284 until 27th January 6 Pm.

No entries will be accepted on 28th January. Registration is strictly before 27^th of January.

RULES:

The Participant should bring the pizza already cooked on 28^th between 2 Pm & 4 Pm. After 4 Pm we will not accept any more entries for the competition.

Pizza Size:

Children: Pizza - round shape between 15 cm & 20 cm maximum

Adults: Pizza - round shape between 25 cm & 30 cm maximum

Each pizza will be placed on cake board tray.

Name of the candidate written on top with registration number.

Full recipe, including dough, ingredients filling and preparation, need to be written clearly with name of candidate stipulated on top. When you place your pizza on the display table, don't forget to add this recipe instruction also.

JURY:

Jury of 6 persons will start to judge the pizza competition at 4.30 pm.

Children category is first and then adult category will be judged.

Board of 6 judges (3 Italian nationality) will judge the pizzas on the following criteria.

Overall Presentation,

Dough cooking,

Ingredients,

Originality,

Tasting,

Freshness,

Recipe details and understanding.

Each criteria has marks on 10 points maximum. Maximum marks will be 70 points.
